CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
We begin processing orders quickly—usually within 24 hours. If you spot an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at lunaleafcare@gmail.com with your name and order number. While we’ll do our best to make changes before the order ships, we can’t guarantee address changes once the package leaves our warehouse.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Processing takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders are packed within 24 hours, but during high-volume periods, it may take up to 3 business days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP & HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We ship Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Some larger or multi-item orders may ship in separate packages. If this happens, they may arrive 1–2 business days apart.

OUT-OF-STOCK OR BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email. If it’s not expected to restock within 2 weeks, we’ll issue a refund for that item.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us right away with your name and order number so we can assist you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order at any time using the Track My Order page on our website. Enter your tracking number to see your order’s status.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS “DELIVERED,” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, USPS is responsible for final delivery. If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or your local post office to investigate.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS IN MY ORDER
